Corrugated tray former RH-400

A tray is formed from a carton blank. The four corners are sealed by hot-melt adhesive.

3. Fuji PLC control system with touch screen Mitsubishi HMI.
 
 
4. High speed PLC-controlled electric installation. The forming carton
    is accurate.
 
 
5. Mechanical and pneumatic operation.
 
 
6. Carton magazine : 250 - 300 mm (Carton magazine size is decided 
    by thickness of carton.)
 
 
7. Carton size range : 
    W : 300 - 390 mm     L : 200 - 290 mm     H : 30 - 120 mm
 
 
8. Carton size is adjustable and easily change carton size.
 
 
9. To change carton time is around 10 - 15 minutes. 
 
 
10. Safety protected doors. 
 
 
11. Small space is requirement.
