Cartoning machine RH-800

Capable of erecting, loading and sealing a wide range of carton sizes and styles at speeds up to 80 cartons per minute.

4. Nordson® Mesa 4 hot melt glue system (Mesa 4 adopts high

pressure bangpu. Spray strip or dot adhesive is optional which can

save adhesive glue.)

5. Mitsubishi PLC control system with touch screen Proface HMI.

6. Capable of erecting, loading and sealing tuck-lock style.

7. Without boxes/Without suction, With boxes/Suctions - To reduce

boxes loss.

8. Powered easy-to-load carton magazine. High success rate of

the opening box is by the pre-pull box.

9. Feeding conveyor areas are colorful to avoid members put

products at the wrong zones.

10. Lids and flaps are opened when products are pushed into

boxes. This function make products do push into boxes.

11. The feeding method is gradually push products into boxes. This

method avoids damaging products and available for the soft

packages.

12. Easy troubleshooting.

13. There is manual forward and reverse functions if member improper

operate the machine.

14. The outfeed conveyor can quickly take out finished products.

The outfeed conveyor can clam box tightly that makes adhesive

glue close carton. It also can exclude NG products under the

machine and without destroying inside products.
